leeds pointing start work by cutting/raking out the mortar joints between the brick work using powerful angle grinders and diamond tipped discs
we then wash down all the brick work to remove the dust debris from the brick work and the mortar joints
once the washing down is complete we begin the repointing process
all materials measured are mixed in a cement mixer to make sure their is no colour difference in the new pointing
on this property we changed several bricks which were damaged and eroded due to water ingress
we also removed the bulging brick work above window and fitted a angle iron to support the brick work
we finished off by repainting the facia boards using black gloss, and window head and sills using black masonry paint
